Just bought a broken canon rebel xt for 75 dollars from a person on craigslist. I plan on taking it to the camera clinic in tulsa and getting it fixed. Also big news about getting accepted into NSU.

Developed to maximize performance between capturing and recording stages of digital photography, Canons DIGIC 4 chips use advanced signal processing technologies to dramatically enhance image quality and deliver a more intuitive, responsive camera. http://www.robnunnphoto.com/ After the AF got sticky on my 28-80 kit lens, I was in the market for a cheap, good focal length range lens for my 350d / Rebel XT.
I got this 35-105mm off eBay for about £35. Despite the reviews on the net, I’ve found it acceptably sharp when you use apertures a couple of stops up from wide-open, especially with a tripod.
Obviously it’s a very slow lens, so you’ll have to pump up the ISO when shooting hand-held in difficult lighting conditions, but if you’re using f/8 for maximum sharpness you’ll be on a tripod anyway.
